BOARD COMMITTEES

The President of the West Feliciana Parish School Board shall appoint membership and assign chairmanship to standing committees which may be created by the School Board.  The President shall serve as the educational advisor to all committees.  The meeting days of these committees shall be set by the School Board or as may be called by its chairman.

Special committees may also be appointed by the President or the School Board for specific purposes.  Upon conclusion of their assignment and report to the School Board, the committee shall cease to function.  The committee may also be terminated upon approval by the School Board.  Official action resulting from the committee's assignment shall be reserved for and acted on only by the School Board as a whole.
