STUDENT INSURANCE PROGRAM

Low-rate group accident insurance shall be made available to all students.  Parents shall be informed of this insurance annually and urged to purchase it for their children.

The West Feliciana Parish School Board shall not assume liability for accidents to students.

RELEASE FORM FOR ATHLETES

All students engaging in interscholastic sports shall be required to fill out a form on which it is stated that the school or School Board will not assume liability for accidents or injury to students.  This release form must be signed by parents before the student will be permitted to participate in athletics.
